Mr. Habib has over 27 years of experience on major construction projects in Canada, the United States and abroad. His expertise covers the management of large-scale works in the fields of industry, civil engineering and infrastructure such as pipelines, railways and highways.

As a certified construction estimator, he specializes in estimating these works, project controls, end-to-end management of the project life cycle, as well as preparing claims for contractors and analyzing requests for additional compensation for owners.

His responsibilities include managing and preparing estimates, preparing claim documents, assessing the progress of work during the different phases of construction, negotiating contracts and writing expert reports.

Mr. Habib has also held the position of project manager, gaining valuable experience in representing clients (owners) and contractors regarding requests related to construction contracts.

He is currently responsible for the project services division, project management and preparation of expert and claim reports.
