Estimation and Project Cost Management expertise with 30 years of experience at national and international levels in various sectors of industry such as oil & gas, petrochemical, mining and metallurgy, chemical and process facilities, infrastructure, utilities, real estate development including commercial, institutional, and residential projects with mechanical and electrical specialty.

Currently as the director of estimation & cost consulting services in LCO group, Mr. El-Musa leads project cost management and estimation efforts for Ontario & Western Canada, and the development of clients relations. Responsible for the evaluation of independent cost estimates, cost planning, value engineering analysis, extending client proposals. In addition, independent evaluation of project delay claims, change orders assessment, and preparation of professional cost analysis reports for litigation in courts for both clients and contractors.
