Mr. Habib has extensive experience in project management, project controls, construction estimating and the preparation of claims for contractors as well as the analysis of claims for owners. Functions include the preparation of construction claims documents, the evaluation of construction progress, contract negotiations and the preparation of expert reports.

Mr. Habib has managed the construction of major pipeline contracts in Canada and North Africa. He has specialized in the analysis and preparation of estimates for linear construction projects, including highways, railroads, water main pipelines, and natural gas pipelines.

A senior partner of the firm, Mr. Chauhan has over 35 years of experience at progressively higher levels in well diversified technical and supervisory responsibilities in cost estimating and project controls.

Extensive experience and expertise, from feasibility to commissioning stages, in cost estimating, cost control, claims analysis and financial management in the energy, chemical, refining, environmental, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and mining industries among others.

He has worked extensively as an Owner’s representative on cost, planning and contractual matters and has assisted in making various capital investment decisions, including performing cost audits, risk analysis and reviews for major clients on projects around the world up to $10.0 billion.

A diligent professional quantity surveyor with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from small to large scale building and civil engineering projects both in the private and public sector. Currently, Mr Dassoruth is a senior cost estimating professional for our group who is responsible for reviewing and certifying all Monitoring reports prepared for banks and financial institutions as well as being the lead estimator for our group.

M Dassoruth has extensive experience in the preparation of estimates for large scale construction projects, including Commercial Projects, Institutional, heavy civil works, highways, bridges, airports, Industrial and Mining projects. Further to this, he has participated in the preparation of several expert reports in claim resolution manners. His experience also includes contract administration, change management and the preparation of monthly progress and cost reports.

Mr. Nayar is an electrical engineer with 40 years of experience on large industrial projects. His experience covers aluminium smelting, mining and metallurgy, power generation, power distribution and general industrial, petrochemical and telecommunication projects. His responsibilities have ranged from estimating and scheduling to supervision, testing and commissioning of substations, switchgear and other associated electrical distribution. As a cost engineer, he has managed large local and overseas projects.
